INTRODUCTION

Guthrie Interim Services seek to assist companies proactively by offering General Management,

Operational and Business Development support. In essence we will become part of your team to help you

achieve your goals. The duration and the form of employment are your decision. We can work full-time or part-time and have a fixed term contract or one that is open ended.


GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Is your business growing faster than anticipated? Guthrie Interim Services can provide a General Manager

to manage the day to day business allowing you to focus on the future of the company. Typically this will be on a part-time basis. Once the company has reached a size that there is the ability to engage a full-time manager, we will step back but will always be available to assist and advise where required.



OPERATIONS

All too often productivity and profitability are compromised because the management team is too

close to the operation. Guthrie Interim Services will carry out a review of your operational capability and make suggestions towards becoming a more efficient organisation. We are able to do this as we provide an outside view of procedures.




SUPPLY CHAIN & PROCESS

Often part of the operational process, supply chain can encompass everything from buying, through

material handling to despatch. We work with software that will clearly define each step in the procedures of the company providing clarity and simplicity. The software can be used to identify compliance to standards and statutory requirements making an external auditors life easier!




BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The commercial heart of the business. We are experienced in creating target lists and utilising the

information to establish contact with potential customers. Telesales will lead to appointments for you. We can also attend these appointments to ensure the best outcome is achieved.
